Phase I of the Custom Jewellery Order

The custom order process for a new jewellery design starts with your email [add link to an email template - Design Thinking]. If you’d prefer, you can schedule a virtual appointment [add appointment app], or simply text us your request at  [1.647.389.8363] to get started. During this initial phase, we will want to know some details, such as the type of jewellery you would like (ie  pendant, ring, bracelet, etc.), gems or stones, precious metal type (i.e. gold, silver, etc.) and important ideas and wishes and all things that sparkle.

Offering guidance about design (size, weight, materials) ensures that the piece is comfortable to wear, in your price point and one that receives compliments every time it is worn. Part of this phase is offering alternative suggestions, to ensure that your custom piece is one you will cherish and hand down from one generation to the next.

Phase II of the Custom Jewellery Order

The second phase of the process begins after we share a clear understanding of your desired design. In this phase, draft drawings for the design(s) will be prepared and/or of the actual (or sample) stones shared. Metals are chosen and perhaps even recycled then coerced into shape, and the piece begins to come to life. The piece will then be completed and delivered. An original work emerges from artistry that glows with your unique style and the craftsmanship of a master jeweller. A New Heirloom is now yours. This is the essence of One-Of-A-Kind.
