Every product is carefully handmade by Ursula Ungerleider. Only one item is available per product, unless it is a limited edition item. However, if you’re interested in purchasing a product that is marked “out of stock”, please contact us here. Please note, due to the nature of hand carving and stone selection, there may be variables from the product image shown.
SHIPPING
Each piece of Ursula Ungerleider jewellery is carefully handmade. For Canadian orders, shipping for all products is free. The products will be shipped out within 2-4 days, unless out of stock.
RETURN POLICY
For Custom Jewellery
Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom design, a custom order, or jewellery that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones and is ordered on a custom basis is not returnable. Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver).
Note that all handmade jewellery will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colours and shape. Any standard item that is customized (ring sizing, adding stones, changing stones, etc.) is not returnable for refund.
For your security, if you wish to return any custom order, please return item(s) with an insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Ursula Ungerleider Designs is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
For Non-Custom Jewellery
Pieces that are not created as a special or custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Please call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE
Once the inquiry is sent, Ursula will respond within 48 hours with an email and a follow-up phone conversation. The actual time to produce an item is dependent upon the complexity of the design.
Depending upon the complexity of the design and the cost of materials, a custom design may start at approximately $500 and up.
Design is discussed and a range of price is determined based on materials and time. Client pays 50% after viewing the preliminary design. The final piece must be paid in full before given to the client. All designs are approved along the way to ensure you are happy with the final product.
